Makes 12 x 30g cookies or 4 x 90g cookies. Bakes in approximately 10 minutes in a 180'C oven, and 100% safe to snack on raw!

Storage information
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 1 month and by the use by date.
If freezing, do so as soon as possible. Once frozen, use within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not defrost in the microwave. Use within 2 days of defrosting. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
