
Doh Kitchen was born out of a desire for healthy cookies in an instant. Faffing about with ingredients, weighing, and cleaning up when the cookie urge strikes is a hassle, and ordering on a delivery app just doesn’t compare to the smell of toasty baking wafting through the house. So, Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and Doh founder, Phoebe set out to make it easy to have delicious, healthy dough at hand, ready to bake at a moment’s notice: no mess, no fuss, just gooey, fresh, unprocessed (and naturally vegan) cookies, fridge to table in 10 minutes.
We quickly expanded to selling freshly baked, ready-to-eat cookies too, and the rest is history! Now, as well as running Doh Kitchen, Phoebe shares her creativity, expertise, and more than a decade of experience in plant-based recipe development, with people and businesses all over the UK. She helps food manufacturers, restaurateurs, and magazines create vegan menus, products, and recipes, and loves to play with flavours and ingredients for treats just about anyone can enjoy!
