How to bake

Ready to bake?

It's super easy. All you need is
10 mins in the oven.

Step One

Preheat the fan oven to 180°C. If dough is frozen allow to thaw for 10 mins at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.

Step Two

Remove packaging and cut dough into finger width slices (approx. ½ inch). Or simply weigh roughly 30g pieces.

Step Three

Line a baking sheet with baking paper if you prefer and place cookies evenly spaced a couple inches apart.

Step Four

Bake for 10-12 mins. Cook longer for larger cookies or if you fancy a bit more of a crunch.

Step Five

Allow cookie to cool for 5-10 mins before enjoying.
