Refund policy
Refunds
We’re sure you’ll love your Doh delivery, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue a refund at our discretion.
To initiate a refund, just email us at hi@doh-kitchen.co.uk with your order number, and why you are requesting a refund - we will notify you if we have approved your refund and automatically refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
Please remember that your bank/credit card company may take additional time to post the refund, but if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was officially approved, please contact us again at the same email address so that we can sort it out for you!
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on customised items (unless they are damaged or faulty in any way), and cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please also note that as everything is made fresh and to order, we cannot accept exchanges once the order has left our kitchen.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please do inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately with photographs if your goodies are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item - we’ll evaluate it straight away and make it right!
